The Amplified Academy is a rotational development program designed specifically for Master’s students and recent graduates in Computer Science or Informatics. By working on diverse technical assignments, Academy participants gain hands-on experience across full-stack development, data analytics, and cutting-edge technologies like blockchain and augmented reality.

The Amplified Academy is powered by Amplified Software, a startup studio based in Iași, Romania. Amplified is an American company with a dynamic Romanian team, developing innovative solutions that are creating waves across the art world.
Our flagship product, an incubation platform for artists, galleries, and collectors, already has 20,000 users from over 150 countries. Moreover, in February 2024, we launched Art Universe - one of the first 500 apps launched for the new Apple Vision Pro, the VR headset released by Apple simultaneously.

Getting started with the Amplified Academy is simple!
Complete the Application Form: Fill out our short and straightforward application form by March 16th. This is your first step to joining the Academy and exploring an incredible career opportunity.

Technical Assessment: Once we’ve reviewed your application, we’ll email you a technical assessment at a time that works best for you. This challenge will focus on adding functionality to a small web app and will come with a set deadline for submission. Show us your skills and creativity!

Behavioral Interviews: Applicants who pass the technical assessment will be invited for a behavioral interview. This is your chance to share your goals, personality, and passion for software development, while also getting to know more about Amplified and our team.
