The Amplified Academy is a rotational development program designed specifically for Master’s students and recent graduates in Computer Science or Informatics. By working on diverse technical assignments, Academy participants gain hands-on experience across full-stack development, data analytics, and cutting-edge technologies like blockchain and augmented reality.
At the conclusion of the program, participants will have built a strong foundation in multiple disciplines of software development, empowering them to make an informed choice for their future career.
The Amplified Academy is powered by Amplified Software, a startup studio based in Iași, Romania. Amplified is an American company with a dynamic Romanian team, developing innovative solutions that are creating waves across the art world.
Our flagship product, an incubation platform for artists, galleries, and collectors, already has 20,000 users from over 150 countries. Moreover, in February 2024, we launched Art Universe - one of the first 500 apps launched for the new Apple Vision Pro, the VR headset released by Apple simultaneously.

Designed for Master’s students and recent graduates, Amplified Academy provides an extended onboarding experience where participants rotate through different projects and disciplines. From day one, you’ll join our team as a full employee, gaining real-world experience that sets you apart.
At Amplified, you won’t just learn—you’ll launch your career at full throttle.
Every engineer at Amplified is a full-stack developer, and you’ll get to explore all facets of software engineering during your time in the Academy. Switch between working on front-end, back-end, and mobile development, dive into DevOps, or explore software architecture under the guidance of senior engineers.
Amplified is passionate about staying on the cutting edge. Academy participants will have opportunities to work on advanced projects, such as building blockchain solutions or crafting mixed-reality experiences for mobile devices or VR headsets.
Data tells stories, and at Amplified, we know how to listen. In the Academy, you’ll learn how to analyze product metrics, turning raw data into actionable insights. This track is ideal for candidates interested in the intersection of technology and business.
Complete your studies with peace of mind: we’ll be doing interviews in February and March, with employment offers for successful candidates being extended by early April, so you can finish your studies knowing your future is secure.
